We executed the shareholders’ right to inspect / copy the Shareholder Register.

Chori initially confirmed that they would send us a copy of the Register. However, after failing to do so and replying to our inquiry, despite the dangerous situation with COVID-19, Chori requested us to actually visit the company to inspect / copy the data by ourselves instead of sending us a copy of the list.

Such a request is just the same as Toray’s and if Chori changed their reaction because of Toray, it truly raises concerns over the parent-child relationship. Following is our response letter (in Japanese) to criticize such an inappropriate reaction of Chori.
